HR officer

   Job Description :

– Conduct recruitment, on boarding, requirement document completion

– HR System managing

– Preparing labor contract and manage employee’s personnel record and handle staff’s resignation, termination & retirement to ensure that it is compiled to the policy of the company

– Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements: staff movement, NSSF, quotas, work permits, working visa, or anything related to the Ministry of labor are comply to Khmer labor law

– Other task assigned by Head management.

   Job Requirement :

– No need experience (1 Year of experience is a plus)

– Computer literacy

– Can work with the team

– English proficiency
